Chip Conveying Chain Plate (General type I) (Flat top type II)

· Various types of Chip Conveying Chain Plates are available, whose width can be customized: the maximum extension load of the chain plate with 31.75mm pitch is 22.2KN, mainly used in small size machines and short distance transmission; the maximum extension load of the chain plate with 38.1mm pitch is 31.8KN, mainly used in small and medium size machines and short distance transmission; the maximum extension load of the chain plate with 50.8mm pitch is 56.7KN, and the maximum extension load of the chain plate with 101.6mm pitch is 226.8KN, both suitable for large and medium size machines and long distance transmission along production lines.

· Chip Conveying Chain Plate (General type I) has its dowel pins located at its center, so the protrusions of the hinge on both the upper and lower sides are the same.

· Chip Conveying Chain Plate (Flat top type II) has its dowel pins located at its lower side, so the upper side is flat and the lower side has protrusions.

· It is suitable for conveying various long curly chips, ball-shaped or lump chips of copper, aluminum, stainless steel as well as non-metal materials like rubber and nylon.

· The structure of the chain plate is of new style multi-spherical chain plate, which is of high strength and perfect matching and operates stably free of noise. It is also wear-resistant and corrosive resistant.

· The Chip Conveying Chain Plate can be made of either stainless steel or cold rolled steel plate according to user’s requirement.
